==== Procedure ====

  - Check sample for the presence of C<sub>16</sub> and C<sub>18</sub> fatty acids by GLC.
  - If phospholipds are present ( C<sub>16</sub> and C<sub>18</sub> fatty acids) the extract with CHCl<sub>3</sub>:CH<sub>3</sub>OH:H<sub>2</sub>O 16:8:1
  - Verify the absence of phospholipds by TLC (CHCl<sub>3</sub>:CH<sub>3</sub>OH:H<sub>2</sub>O:Triethylamine 30:15:2.5:0.1).
